Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Forwards Obama Eligibility Challenge For Review

 

As reported here Dr. Orly Taitz submitted a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for the Obama eligibility case Noonan v Bowen. The petition was submitted to Chief Justice John Roberts on December 26th, 2012. Today the petition was referred to the court and distributed for conference scheduled on February 15, 2013.
